This individual will work with the Division Chief and the PI of the Center to Eliminate Cancer Health Disparities at CDU. He/She will have a background in biological sciences with some experience in clinical research and/or clinical trials. He/She will assist in the ongoing human subject research in the division and the Cancer Center partnership with the UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center. This individual must have the ability to be independent, self starter and possess administrative skills to work with a team of investigators and community members. Must be able to work with local communities and private/public hospitals to recruit human subjects for ongoing and new studies. Must have excellent verbal and writing skills in English and preferably in Spanish. This individual will also be responsible for several administrative duties within the division.
