Forensic Analytical Laboratories, an Environmental/Industrial Hygiene Laboratory, has an immediate opportunity in their Las Vegas laboratory. Duties include preparation and analysis of environmental samples for the identification of microbes, fibers and asbestos using a variety of microscopic techniques. Experience with microbiological and/or bulk asbestos analysis an asset. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor?s degree in science, preferably biology or geology. Experience with a microscope a plus! Candidate should be detail oriented and able to work with a minimum of supervision. The position is full time 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work. This is a full-time position with a salary range DOE, plus full benefits.
